Favourite Etsy Stores: Hanako
This beautiful Etsy store has caught my eye on more than one occasion, and I couldn’t resist sharing it with you guys. Alina Bunaclu is the creator behind the store Hanako - and what an incredible creator she is! These four are my favourite pieces, but it was a hard choice because every single one of them is adorable! I can’t wait to purchase one of her little foxes next pay day :) I’ve worked with felt before, and found it quite tricky to say the least, so she really is a clever lady in my opinion! Go treat yourself on this cold winters night. xo caity
I’m very guilty of half-doing a craft project and then moving on to the next one that catches my eye.. So, one month after they were started, these cute bridal hair pins are now available on my Etsy shop! At least I finished them, right?! xo caity
Last night I decided to have a bit of a play with new packaging for my Etsy store. When I first started my shop, my focus was primarily on experimenting with things that I could make, and seeing if there would be any interest for the things I created. Life then proceeded to get incredibly busy, and I fell behind in my creativity. I’m ashamed to admit that the packing for my shop has been very boring… Simple gift tags and little cellophane bags have been just about all I’ve had time for.
Well, not any more. I’ve decided to pick up my act and start packaging things cutely for my beloved customers. They deserve a massive smile on their face when they open their purchases, and I intend on doing my best to see to that! Here’s a picture of a quick packaging prototype I did last night. It’s not amazing, but it is a start. I’ve found my creativity again and I’m excited to put it to use :) xo caity
